RBTD-MS3 is pigmentary Titanium Dioxide that has been surface treated with Kobo's MS (Methicone) treatment.

RBTD-MS3 is pigmentary Titanium Dioxide that has been surface treated with Kobo's MS (Methicone) treatment. MS treatment provides a very hydrophobic coating that is highly suitable for dispersing the treated powders in silicones but is not very compatible with esters and oils. It is not suitable for oil-in-water emulsions. MS treatment is stable at pH 3-9 and the skin feel is somewhat dry.
