EFADUO Blackcurrant Seed Oil is a supercritical CO2 extract of blackcurrant seeds. It contains gamma-linolenic acid (an active omega-6 fatty acid) and stearidonic acid (an active omega-3 fatty acid) in a 4:1 ratio. It is one of the rare plant oils containing omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids in an optimal physiological ratio.
