Dermapep Pepanagen S

DermaPep Pepanagen S is a peptide for anti-hair loss and hair-growth stimulation. In vivo study results show that it inhibits hair loss and strengthens hair.

DermaPep Pepanagen S is a peptide for anti-hair loss and hair-growth stimulation, supplied as a liquid. In vitro study results show that DermaPep Pepanagen prolongs the anagen, or growth, phase for hair. In vivo study results show that it inhibits hair loss and strengthens hair. Tests also show that it shows no irritation or sensitisation, which is a side effect of common hair treatments.

Supporting in vitro data shows that DermaPep Pepanagen:

• Prolongs the anagen phase by increasing melanin production (significant stimulation of melanin synthesis in melanocytes)
• Significantly promotes cell migration (induced by transcription factor STAT-3 which is required in keratinocyte for anagen entry relating to the hair cycle)
• Inhibits expression of differentiation markers in human keratinocytes
