Romol AFSK

Romol AFSK is an ionic, extremely mild oil-in-water emulsifier which forms a water-resistant film on the skin and has synergistic SPF benefits for sunscreens. Unlike some Potassium Cetyl Phosphate products on the market, Romol AFSK has an optimised mono- to di-ester ratio, which improves its efficacy.

Romol AFSK is an ionic, extremely mild oil-in-water emulsifier which forms a water-resistant film on the skin and has synergistic SPF benefits for sunscreens. In vivo study results show that using Romol AFSK increases initial SPF and has a much greater retention of SPF after repeated immersions. This great retention is due to the formation of a water-resistant film on the skin that occurs when using Romol AFSK.

Unlike some Potassium Cetyl Phosphate products on the market, Romol AFSK has an optimised mono- to di-ester ratio, which improves its efficacy.

Romol AFSK works particularly well when combined with Aminol LGDS.
