MFSorb 513, DHBT, is an oil soluble UV filter.

DHBT is a highly efficient UVB absorber, which can be used a low concentrations to give a high SPF rating. It is compatible with many cosmetic ingredients and exhibits excellent solubility, allowing it to be used at high levels without crystallisation. It is supplied as a white powder which must be completely solubilised in order to remain stable in the formulation.
