SeaBalance 2000 is an upcycled O/W emulsifier derived from upcycled Sargassum seaweed.

SeaBalance 2000 is an upcycled, COSMOS certified water-soluble biopolymer with O/W emulsifying ability. It is derived from Sargassum seaweed, collected from coastlines across the Gulf of Mexico, which helps to restore balance to ecosystems which have been impacted by the overabundance of Sargassum.

SeaBalance 2000 is suitable for use in both cold and hot processes, which creates and produces low-medium viscosity emulsions with a light and velvety feel. It also provides high electrolyte and pH tolerance.
