ImerCare VitalSkin absorbs particulate matter, component of air pollution, with considerable efficacy due to its high porosity compared to standard diatomaceous earth. This increases its ability to trap small pollutants, preventing contact with skin thus protecting skin and protecting the skin barrier function against damage.

It has an average particle size of 12 microns and oil absorption capacity of 200 ml /100g.
