Serenibiome

A bio-inspired active ingredient based on flocculosin targeting sensitive and atopy-prone skin by reducing redness, dryness and itchy skin cycle sensations.

Serenibiome is a glycolipid obtained from Pesudozyma flocculosa, a fungus known for biocontrol capabilities. Serenibiome rebalances the skin’s microbial population by bioselective inhibition of Staphylococcus aureus without impacting the S.epidermidis to prevent microbiome dysbiosis. It also calms skin sensitivity by reducing the release of IL-8 pro-inflammatory responses and helps to restore the skin barrier.
