KF-6011

KF-6011 is an emulsifying silicone fluid. It is a linear, polyether-modified silicone with HLB 14.5.

Shin-Etsu produces an extensive line of products that can be used as emulsifiers and as dispersants for powders. These emulsifying fluids are based on a lipophilic silicone chain (linear, branched or cross-linked) with either a polyether or polyglycerin hydrophilic group. Various modifications are available to make the emulsifiers suitable for various types of oil phase. KF-6011 is an emulsifying silicone fluid. It is a linear, polyether-modified silicone with HLB 14.5, refractive index 1.450 (at 25 °C), specific gravity 1.07 (at 25 °C) and viscosity 130 mm2/s (at 25 °C).
