KP-578
KP-578 is a silicone acrylate with hydrophilic functional groups in its side chains. It adheres well to the surface of pigments and can be used as a dispersant for dispersing pigments in oils.
KP-578 is a silicone acrylates-based product obtained through graft polymerisation of an acrylic polymer and Dimethylpolysiloxane. KP-578 has hydrophilic functional groups in its side chains. It adheres well to the surface of pigments and can be used as a dispersant for dispersing pigments in oils. KP-578 has a refractive index of 1.413 (at 25 °C), specific gravity 0.98 (at 25 °C) and viscosity 150-200 mPa.s (at 25 °C).
