Naturechem PGR

Naturechem PGR is a liquid emollient. It reduces trans-epidermal water loss (TEWL) by forming an occlusive layer, and also hydrates the skin through humectancy. Naturechem PGR’s stability makes it a great alternative to Oleates.

Naturechem esters contain Ricinolenic Acid derived from the triglyceride oil of Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil. Naturechem Ricinoleate Esters provide excellent film forming, moisturising, humectant and emulsification properties to skin care formulations. Their exceptional aesthetics and physical properties make them ideal vegetable-based replacements for mineral oil and petrolatum.
