DermaPep A420 is an anti-ageing peptide which mimics the effect of Transforming Growth Factor (TGF-beta).

DermaPep A420 is an anti-ageing peptide which mimics the effect of Transforming Growth Factor (TGF-beta), a member of a large family of secreted peptide growth factors known to play a prominent role in the accumulation of extracellular matrix components such as collagen, elastin, fibronectin and proteoglycan. In vitro and in vivo results show that Dermapep A420 significantly increases the expression of type I procollagen and fibronectin, efficiently reduces fine lines and wrinkles and helps to maintain dermal thickness.
